Account Supervisor
Position Summary:
The account supervisor will be responsible for managing several accounts, as well as the direction and coordination of client work through the agency. Critical to success in this role will be the ability to build and sustain strong relationships with clients, achieve the clients' marketing objectives, and contribute to the agency's growth.
Responsibilities would include:
- Lead teams in the development of research, messaging, brand positioning, and the analysis of results.
- Develop and document marketing strategies, plans and budgets.
- Provide client and creative teams with insightful market data, marketing direction, budgets, job specifications, and timelines.
- Provide coaching to help team members grow skills and overall competencies, and deliver quality work.
- Drive integration across marketing disciplines to achieve high client ROI, and help clients maximize budgets and reach.
- Forecast client revenues and agency resource usage accordingly.
- Review all materials before client presentations/final production.
- Work within agency processes to ensure that all client transactions are properly documented.
- Develop in-depth expertise in client's business and markets.
- Organize/spearhead and deliver client presentations.
- Initiate and/or support opportunities to grow existing and potential client business.
- Continue to develop personal expertise in all facets of marketing and advertising.
General Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in MULTIPLE marketing disciplines is a must
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Self-starter with high initiative
- Detail-oriented
- Strong computer skills
- 5-8 years agency experience
- B2B, Consumer, and digital media experience preferred
