Michelle Pacello

Michelle (aka Shell) Pacello grew up in the tiny little town of Palmyra, NY in the land of “315’ers”, as many would say. She always dreamed of becoming a beautician, practicing her “skills” on her unsuspecting sister & brother during their childhood.

However, she was convinced that this was not the most financially sound route for her to take in life so she opted for the allure of a career in accounting. She has honed her skills as an accountant in various types of positions throughout her career. She was the staff accountant at an accounting firm in Rochester, NY but since that consumed every waking moment of her time & she hoped to have a social life & a family, she opted for the private accounting sector. She then held positions as the Controller of a Country Club followed by the Portfolio Accountant for a debt buying company, prior to finding her dream job as the HR/Accounting Manager at Martino Flynn, LLC, where she is able to flex her creative muscles.

Michelle has two children, twins Blake & Bianca, born in 2007 and a cute little dog named Peanut! She now lives in Webster since that is “Where Life is Worth Living”! Her children, faith, music, and the extraordinary beauty of nature are where she finds peace & inspiration in her daily life. (Oh yeah, and coffee helps too!)
