After several years of living below the Mason-Dixon line, Rose decided it was time to get back to her roots. Leaving the mountains of Virginia behind her, she returned to her hometown of Rochester to pursue an MBA in marketing.
She fell in love with agency life as an account planning intern at Partners+Napier and after completing her MBA degree, Rose started her career in advertising. Two agencies and a brief stint in public relations later, Rose joined the Martino Flynn team, where she leverages her analytics background against her agency experience. She prides herself on developing innovative and inspired solutions for her clients and loves working consumer brands.
When she's not talking brands or strategy, you can find Rose training for her next race (she loves to run), cooking in her kitchen (dessert anyone?) or catching up on the latest news (aka celebrity gossip).
