Corrie Carter

Whatever you do, don’t burst Corrie’s bubble. She believes in puppies, a tall glass of red wine, and that people will ultimately do the right thing. Her favorite past times are splashing barefoot in puddles after warm spring rains, drinking hot cocoa with dollops of whipped cream, and skipping through fields of newly blossomed daisies …also barefoot.

Known as a triple threat on the pageant circuit because she can sing, walk and talk, Corrie has won numerous crowns including Miss Penn Yan 1994, where she won over the crowd with her jazz rendition of “Rainbow Connection.”

Sadly, her pageant career was cut short when she learned it actually was a scholarship program. Still, her cup is—yep you guessed it—half full! And, had she made it to the final interview round where she would have undoubtedly been asked her most precious wish, she would have said “world peace…” and meant it.

PR comes naturally to this positive, people person. She looks on the bright side, keeps her chin up and lives by the Golden Rule.
