Martino Flynn Honored at 2009 PRism Awards Ceremony
Martino Flynn, LLC, was recognized for its excellence in public relations at the 20th annual Public Relations Society of America/Rochester PRism Awards ceremony. Martino Flynn walked away with three PRism Awards and one Award of Excellence for work executed over the past year.
This year, the Rochester chapter of PRSA extended the awards to include social media categories. Martino Flynn was recognized for its innovative work in two of these non-traditional categories, including “blog” and “blogger relations.”

As a PRSA Anvil Awards Program, Rochester’s PRism Award recipients must meet the highest standards of performance in public relations. Categories are included for web and print materials, as well as social media, direct mail, brochures, press kits, and others. Both corporate and not-for-profit sectors are recognized in each category.
The Rochester chapter celebrated the 20th year of its annual PRism Awards program this year. The event was held on June 11 at Casa Larga Vineyards in Fairport.
