Associate Research Analyst

Martino Flynn offers an array of research services which help achieve our clients' goals and objectives. Primary and secondary research is used to craft strategic plans, inform messaging and creative development, and optimize marketing plans to meet key performance indicators. The Associate Research Analyst will support the agency's research projects, including quantitative surveys, qualitative focus groups, category analysis, competitive landscape research, and communications measurement projects.

Key Responsibilities & Activities:

  • Coordinate, and in many cases execute, qualitative and quantitative research projects
  • Maintain the integrity and reproducibility of Martino Flynn research through deliberate objectivity, methodological discipline, and adherence to best practices
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for market research vendors, requesting project quotes as needed and monitoring active projects from start to finish
  • Aid in the analysis of research data, supporting the development of reports to present research findings in a compelling manner

Required Skills, Experience, & Education:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a social science field (Anthropology, Communications, Economics, Psychology, or Sociology) with minor concentrations in Marketing or Business a plus
  • At least three (3) years of professional experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables while maintaining a high-quality work product
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude
