Customize your own Obama logo
July 30th, 2008 by Scott Wolf
While researching Flash techniques, one of us in the interactive department stumbled upon a site that lets you add a photo of your choosing to the center of Barack Obama’s campaign logo. Your upload goes virtually unmoderated, and will appear in a Flickr photostream shortly thereafter. While it doesn’t really serve any purpose whatsoever besides entertainment, and isn’t officially endorsed or approved by his campaign, it is an interesting way to get people involved in the Obama brand.
After creating a new logo, you can download jpegs in a variety of sizes for use as icons on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Digg, and others. Pictured is mine. Some other interesting submissions include the supportive, the negative, the humorous, the downright strange, and one from our very own Brad Garratt.
