With a shrinking high school market and strong competition from two-year, four-year, and career institutes, Monroe Community College (MCC) couldn’t afford to rest on its laurels. To boost ongoing recruitment efforts, we used focus group and survey research to drive an impactful messaging strategy. Our new materials elevated the college’s brand identity, helping to strengthen its perception as a quality academic institution and garner greater respect as a “real” college.
