When Insight Pharmaceuticals needed to launch its latest product extension of the Sucrets brand—Sucrets ICE, Martino Flynn was glad to assist. Introduce a revolutionary new frozen ice pop delivery system to soothe sore throats? Cool.
But this was not your typical consumer product launch. Budget constraints and late timing necessitated a less conventional approach. To quickly generate awareness among our primary target audience (moms), we turned to social media. By identifying and providing product samples to the most influential “Mommy Bloggers” on the Web, Sucrets ICE garnered positive reviews and word-of-mouth that quickly resulted in millions of impressions.
To further support this viral effort, an FSI and radio spot were placed in select markets.
