Creative Coordinator

The Creative Coordinator's role is to inspire confidence of clients and agency staff by implementing and ensuring processes are followed, tracking and managing workloads and deadlines, and assisting in assigning and identifying resources. He/she will report to the Executive Creative Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Open jobs - Ensure that all necessary input, timelines, and estimating is complete
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor all Martino Flynn creative staff resources
  • Maintain a master schedule which includes all agency jobs in process
  • Set and manage timelines for all agency work
  • Ensure that each part of the project moves through the pipeline and is finished on-time
  • Continually monitor job profitability and identify possible risks
  • Constant communication with all agency staff; ensure accountability
  • Continuous reporting to ECD and working collaboratively with the senior management team
  • Create a strong collaborative atmosphere

  • Articulate ideas well and support positions effectively
  • Be a good listener, receptive to the ideas of others
  • Give directions clearly and effectively

  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Ability to handle a large volume of work efficiently and effectively

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Familiarity with project management programs and a willingness to learn new ones
  • Strong knowledge of all Microsoft software platforms
