Digital Media Coordinator

Martino Flynn offers an array of digital and interactive services which help achieve our clients' goals and objectives. The Digital Media Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the execution of digital campaigns and overseeing the media billing process.

Key Responsibilities & Activities:

  • Campaign Execution: Work with digital media team and help execute campaigns across a wide array of tactics, including search (paid/organic), social, display (programmatic/direct), and video
  • Creative Asset Management: Work closely with internal teams and media vendors to gather creative requirements and specifications. Serve as liaison between media, creative (including digital and video production teams), data science, and account staff as needed for the support of digital strategy and implementation
  • Technology/Ad Serving: Wsetup, build, and traffic creative for client campaigns via 3rd-Party Ad Server (Google Marketing Platform, formerly DoubleClick)
  • Measurement/Analytics: Coordinate with media and data science teams to ensure the proper execution of measurement plans; includes following naming conventions and appending URLs (UTM parameters)
  • Vendor Relationships: Participate in vendor presentations, assist with the RFP process/negotiations, and help with contracting
  • Client Billing: Enter media orders into accounting systems and ensure the timely delivery of vendor invoices; Assist accounting with discrepancies and reconciliations

Required Skills, Experience, & Education:

  • 1-2 years agency experience, preferably in a media role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong math & analytical ability
  • Expertise w/ MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Hands-on experience working with the Google Marketing Platform (formerly DoubleClick), including Display & Video 360 and Google AdWords, a plus
