Martino Flynn, LLC ranked number 29 on this year’s Rochester Top 100, the Rochester Business Alliance’s annual listing of the fastest-growing private companies based in the Rochester area. The agency has been recognized among the Rochester Top 100 four of the past five years, and climbed 34 spots over last year’s ranking of 64.

The Rochester Top 100 ranks privately held companies based on three years of revenue growth. Companies must have at least $1 million in revenue for each of those years, and rankings take into account both dollar and percentage growth. This year, 190 companies were nominated.

In recognition of each employee’s contribution to Martino Flynn making the Rochester Top 100, workers were given $100 gift certificates and allowed 100 minutes of company time to go shopping. The rules were simple; the purchases could not be practical, and the employees were required to spend the money on themselves.
