Media Coordinator

Martino Flynn offers an array of media services which help achieve our clients' goals and objectives. The Media Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the execution of media campaigns: preparing schedules and tracking documents, traffic, internal and external communications, answering phones, and greeting visitors to the agency.

Key Responsibilities & Activities:

  • Campaign Execution: Work with media team and help execute campaigns across a wide array of tactics, including the creation and updating of schedules, deadline charts, and budgets
  • Creative Asset Management: Work closely with internal teams and media vendors to gather creative requirements and specifications; serve as liaison between media, creative, and account service staff as needed for the support of media program implementation
  • Traffic: Deliver, or facilitate the delivery of materials, to vendors; issue traffic instructions
  • Technology/Ad Serving: Work with agency teams and vendors to implement tracking as needed
  • Measurement/Analytics: Coordinate with media and data science teams to ensure the proper execution of measurement plans as needed; quality assurance of data reporting
  • Vendor Relationships: Participate in vendor presentations, assist with the RFP process/negotiations; order generation; monitor schedules for accuracy
  • Client and Vendor Billing: Enter media orders into media/accounting system(s) and ensure the timely delivery of vendor invoices, and proof of performance; work with media and accounting teams on discrepancy resolution and program reconciliation
  • Reception: In addition to being an integral part of the Martino Flynn media team, share the primary functions of the role of the Receptionist – including answering phones and greeting visitors

Required Skills, Experience, & Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years office experience, preferably in an agency media role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong math & analytical ability
  • Expertise w/ MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills
  • Positive attitude
